Authorized employees of companies holding a valid DataFax license may obtain access to the Client Support section of this web site by submitting the following information. We will try to respond as quickly as possible but please be patient, it may take a few hours.

 

  • TERMS OF USE

    The support pages of this web site have been designed for research managers. Login accounts will be provided only to employees and consultants of companies holding a valid DataFax license. By submitting a request for a client support login you are affirming that you belong in this category and that you accept the following conditions:

    • 1. I am employed by a company holding a valid DataFax software license. I understand that my client support login may be terminated when my current employment ends.
    • 2. I understand that my DataFax client support login name and password are for my sole use only. I will protect them from unauthorized use, and will not disclose them to any other person.
    • 3. Any information downloaded or captured from the DataFax web site, including the contents of web pages, documentation and software, are for company use only and will not be disseminated in any way to anyone other than to staff, consultants and investigators who have been authorized to work on my employer's DataFax studies.
