Installation and Study Setup

To assist new clients in the successful implementation of their first DataFax study, Clinical DataFax Systems offers the following study setup services:

  • protocol review to identify patient scheduling and edit check requirements
  • case report form (CRF) design
  • data field specifications for each unique CRF page
  • edit check programming to implement required consistency checks
  • configuration of generic or study specific lookup tables
  • specification of patient scheduling and CRF requirements per visit
  • testing ICR, navigation, and edit checks for each unique CRF page
  • documentation of all setup and testing activities
  • on-site software installation and integration testing
  • on-site training using the client's first study as the training vehicle
