Installation and Study Setup
To assist new clients in the successful implementation of their first DataFax study, Clinical DataFax Systems offers the following study setup services:
- protocol review to identify patient scheduling and edit check requirements
- case report form (CRF) design
- data field specifications for each unique CRF page
- edit check programming to implement required consistency checks
- configuration of generic or study specific lookup tables
- specification of patient scheduling and CRF requirements per visit
- testing ICR, navigation, and edit checks for each unique CRF page
- documentation of all setup and testing activities
- on-site software installation and integration testing
- on-site training using the client's first study as the training vehicle
