Data Management

For clinical trial groups that are not yet ready or able to implement DataFax in their own environment, and for existing DataFax clients who may wish to out-source the data collection component of a larger project, we can provide the following DataFax data management services:

  • study setup, including CRF design, edit checks, etc.
  • data collection from the clinical sites by Fax or by EDC using iDataFax
  • data reviews, text entry, ICR correction, and coding
  • query management, from query creation through to final resolution
  • provision of study progress reports at regular intervals
  • provision of access to patient data records for internal reviews and/or approval of query replys and reasons for data values, entered by the clinical sites
  • delivery of patient CRFs in bookmarked PDFs
  • delivery of SAS, or ASCII data sets
  • delivery of an SQL database in ORACLE, PostgreSQL or MySQL format
