Services Introduction
Clinical DataFax Systems Inc. offers a variety of services designed to maximize our clients' success, including:
Installation and Study Setup
We will setup and install your first DataFax study.
This includes: CRF design, DataFax study setup, testing, and on-site installation
and training.
This helps to jump-start your DataFax implementation, shorten your learning
curve, give you the quickest access to our accumulated clinical
trials and DataFax knowledge, and ensure that your experience with
DataFax is a success from the very start.
Documentation
Our extensive documentation set includes guides designed for all users,
including: study project managers, end users of specific tools, system administrators,
and programmers.
Acceptance Testing
DataFax includes an Acceptance Test Kit designed to facilitate qualification testing
of the DataFax software in your own environment.
Support
We take pride in providing timely and helpful support to our clients, utilizing a
number of different avenues.
Training
In addition to customized on-site training we provide regular training courses in
areas related to DataFax study setup, edit check programming and system administration.
Consulting
While most DataFax clients have little need for special consulting services,
and can implement new studies using the DataFax tools provided, we are happy
to provide custom programming services if required.
Data Management
Clincal DataFax Systems Inc. has extensive experience running clinical trials.
While we do not offer the full services of a CRO, we do provide data management
services to clients who need just this level of service.
